Daarnaast bieden we uitgebreide diensten op het gebied van onderhoud, reparatie en keuringen voor ketelinstallaties. Als Proces Engineer ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons engineeringsteam, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerpen en berekenen van ketelinstallaties en brandersystemen volgens klantspecificaties en conform geldende wetgeving en normen.

Ontwerp:
- Opzetten van procesflowberekeningen voor industriële ketelinstallaties.
- Maken van procesberekeningen ter ondersteuning van de installatiecapaciteit.
- Opstellen van ontwerpcriteria.
- Analyseren van technische procesproblemen en genereren van passende oplossingen.
- Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de ontwikkeling van brander technologie.
- Samenwerken met andere engineeringdisciplines om procescondities en ontwerpeisen te bepalen.
- Continu streven naar verbetering van het standaard proces technisch ontwerp.
- Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsaspecten en toepassen van milieuvriendelijke materialen in het ontwerp.
Communicatie:
- Distribueren van berekeningen zowel intern als extern.
- Voorbereiden en overdragen van het engineeringspakket naar collega's en/of projectverantwoordelijken.
- Afstemming zoeken met andere engineeringdisciplines per project.
- Verstrekken van informatie en advies voor offertes en opdrachten.
- Plannen van engineeringswerkzaamheden en tijdig informeren over mogelijke deadlines aan Project Manager en Manager Engineering.
- Actief ophalen van feedback na constructie ter verbetering van het ontwerp.
Beheer:
- Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden volgens geldende afdelings-, project- en werkprocessen en normen.
- Toepassen van besproken en goedgekeurde verbeteringen in het standaardontwerp.
- Onderhouden van het documentbeheerssysteem en correct revisiebeheer toepassen.
Bevoegd tot:
- Bepalen van technische keuzes voor procesinstallaties op basis van klantspecificaties.
- Plannen van eigen werkzaamheden en stellen van prioriteiten binnen de projectplanning.
Verantwoordelijk voor:
- Eigen werkzaamheden.
- Aanleveren van correcte gegevens voor het procesontwerp ten behoeve van offertes of opdrachten.
- Meewerken aan georganiseerd onderwijs op het gebied van Arbowetgeving.
