About the origins of Trinamics

Trinamics was founded in 2005, starting with one office in Oosterhout and relocating to Breda in 2010. Today, around 55 employees, spread across various locations and disciplines, work daily towards the success of Trinamics. We have ambitious growth plans and are always looking for new colleagues.

We connect technical professionals with positions across a variety of industries. With a young, driven, and friendly team, we help technicians from around the world find their dream job in the Netherlands. Our network of clients includes large international multinationals as well as local SMEs, primarily in the southern Netherlands.


Our close-Knit Tribe

At Trinamics, we embrace a no-nonsense approach. Every employee demonstrates strong commitment to our clients, staff, and fellow colleagues. Our organization operates with short communication lines, ensuring clear and transparent communication.

Our team of Recruiters, Recruitment Consultants, Key Account Managers, Team Leads, and Division Managers consists of approximately 55 people, spread across two offices in North Brabant. At our headquarters in Breda, you’ll also find the Administration and Marketing & Communication departments.

At Trinamics, we have a diverse mix of employees of various ages, ambitions, and personalities. The atmosphere in our offices is entrepreneurial and driven, but also fun and informal. You’ll find yourself in an open working environment with plenty of personal attention and numerous opportunities for development. Additionally, we regularly organize outings with our vibrant team. Every year, we take a weekend trip abroad, celebrate successes with drinks and dinners, and have a weekly Friday afternoon social. Sometimes, we even end up doing karaoke or heading into the city.

Working in Recruitment

Are you interested in a career in recruitment and have an affinity for commerce and technology? Then come work at Trinamics! We are always looking for talent like you. Whether you already have some experience in the recruitment field or are completely new, we are happy to teach you. The same goes for your knowledge of the technology sector. At Trinamics, you can start at any level. You'll work daily on developing your soft, hard, and business skills, with on-the-job training and coaching. You'll always be personally guided by one of our consultants as you get started.


Working at our offices

With offices in Breda and Eindhoven, we have a deep understanding of the local market and know how to mediate within it. We are familiar with the companies and the people, each with their own needs. This allows us to identify opportunities for both clients and professionals. Our employees frequently work at different offices to stay informed about each other’s activities and to strengthen the team spirit.
