TRINAMICS’ APPLICATION PROCESS
How does it work? Applying to Trinamics, a technical staffing agency, is different from applying directly to an employer. We will explain the process to you.
Applying to Trinamics
Trinamics has been active in the technical sector since 2005. We have built a large network of strong relationships that you can benefit from. We maintain close contact with various clients and have extensive knowledge about their internal cultures. You can apply through our job portal by uploading your CV and personal details.
We Always Find the Right Match
If the consultant sees a match between your CV and the client, they will contact you for more details about your education and work experience. Then, an intake interview will be scheduled with the consultant, where you will get to know each other and discuss your wishes and preferences. This meeting can take place online or at our office.
If there is no immediate match, it may be due to insufficient work experience or missing qualifications. The consultant will then look for other suitable vacancies or keep your details in our database for future opportunities.
Meet Your New Client
After a successful intake interview, the consultant will, with your consent, present your profile to the client. Depending on the position, you might be required to complete some tests.
Interview Stage
A first interview with the client will be scheduled if they also see a match. This interview, often with an HR manager or team leader, is similar to a standard job interview. For expats, this interview can be conducted online.
Throughout the process, your consultant remains your point of contact, managing communication between you and the client. They will provide you with information about the organization and feedback after your interview. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to your consultant.
You've Got the Job!
If you're hired, we will congratulate you and arrange your contract. The initial employment agreement will be through Trinamics in the form of a secondment. We will invite you to our office to sign the contract. For expats outside the Netherlands, we will find a suitable solution.
Special Support for Expats
For expats outside Europe, we offer a relocation process in collaboration with the Holland Expat Center. They assist with formalities such as obtaining a BSN number, converting your driver’s license, securing housing, arranging insurance, and handling visa applications. We also manage the 30% ruling for tax benefits.
Once you're on the job, we remain involved through training and development programs from the Trinamics Academy. If you have any questions, you can always contact your personal consultant.
