Bij Trinamics zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Planner die het Customer Care Center komt versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en plannen van onderhoud en reparaties aan hoogwaardige apparatuur bij onze klanten. Jij bent degene die zorgt dat onze Service Engineers, Applicatie Specialisten en externe technici op de juiste tijd en plaats zijn, met de juiste materialen en gereedschappen. - Plannen en coördineren van onderhoud en reparaties aan apparatuur bij onze klanten.
- Resourceplanning van Service Engineers, Applicatie Specialisten, externe technici en benodigde materialen.
- Actief informeren en consulteren van klanten en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij escalaties.
- Monitoren van activiteiten en bezettingsgraad om te voldoen aan gemaakte afspraken.
- Administratieve verwerking van uren en materialen bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Samenwerken met interne teams, Service Engineers, leveranciers en partners om optimale resultaten te behalen.
