Note: For this position, it is essential that you already reside in the Netherlands.

  • A completed MSc or PhD in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Technologist or in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address fundamental issues.
  • Experience with process optimization and process control strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in one of the following domains: medical equipment or manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with regulations for the development of medical devices and equipment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time or work internationally at the customer’s location.
  • GreenBelt or BlackBelt certification (or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Designing and developing new manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing processes to improve performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Implementing and maintaining process control strategies to ensure smooth production operations that meet quality standards.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams to implement and integrate new technologies and processes into existing or new systems.
  • Evaluating and recommending new equipment and technologies to enhance manufacturing processes and stay competitive in the industry.
