Onze klant is op zoek naar een technisch vaardige Projectmanager. In deze rol leid je complexe multidisciplinaire projecten binnen een internationale context. Je beheert alle facetten van een project, van technische en contractuele aspecten tot financiële en organisatorische zaken. Dit omvat het samenstellen en aansturen van projectteams met experts in engineering, inkoop, werkvoorbereiding, productie en verkoopondersteuning. Binnen deze rol is QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) van groot belang over alle disciplines heen.
Onze klant is een onafhankelijke systeemintegrator die actief is in de wereldwijde olie- en gasindustrie, petrochemie, LNG, en R&D-markt, met geavanceerde analyse-, monstername- en testoplossingen. Ze behandelen het gehele proces, van basis- en detailontwerp tot bestellingen, testen en uiteindelijke integratie van het systeem op locatie. Onze klant maakt deel uit van de Industry International Group, met meer dan 300 medewerkers verdeeld over drie autonome bedrijven. Elk van deze bedrijven levert technische producten en diensten in hun respectieve vakgebieden en markten op verschillende locaties in Nederland, Frankrijk, Afrika, het Midden-Oosten en het Verre Oosten.

- Effectief uitvoeren van projectcontracten, met nadruk op de technische aspecten.
- Zorgen voor naleving van hoge normen op het gebied van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu (QHSE).
- Actief communiceren met klanten en regelmatig voortgangsrapporten verstrekken.
- Voortdurend risicoanalyse uitvoeren en passende maatregelen nemen.
- Beheren en managen van projectbudgetten, facturering en cashflow.
- Leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams en het motiveren van teamleden.
- Voorbereiden en presenteren van gedetailleerde projectrapporten aan de Manager Projects.
- Opstellen en beheren van projectplanningen, en toezien op de voortgang.
- Effectief omgaan met wijzigingen in projectomvang en zorgen voor passende aanpassingen.
