  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with a strong foundation in electronics (analog and digital) and mechanics.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a service engineer in complex instrumentation, preferably within a semiconductor environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PC and software (Linux); experience with electron optics, high voltage, and vacuum technology is a plus.
  • Passion, problem-solving skills, and a customer-driven attitude with the ability to work independently after six months.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive to understand and operate complex machines and systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and work with diverse teams.
  • Excellent English skills; you enjoy traveling and working with people from various cultures.
  • Diplomatic and perseverance skills, with a strong ability to work independently and contribute to team projects.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on customer cases, including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You will also install new systems and train customers. Your role will require close collaboration with both the production and engineering departments, as well as travel regionally and internationally.

  • Managing assigned customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
  • Installing new systems and providing customer training.
  • Working closely with the production and engineering departments.
  • Traveling regionally and internationally (approximately 70% of the time).
  • Preparing for upcoming tasks and executing support activities when not traveling.
