Bij Trinamics zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en vaardige Facilitair Technicus om ons dynamische team te versterken. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het onderhouden van de hoogwaardige, BREEAM-gecertificeerde gebouwgebonden technische infrastructuur en zorgt ervoor dat alle faciliteiten en installaties optimaal functioneren. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met interne collega’s en externe partijen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer en onderhoud van diverse installaties.

- Een MBO-diploma in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of energietechniek.
- Relevante en aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Hands-on mentaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en oplossingsgericht denken.
- Geen problemen met werken op hoogte.
- Bekend met veiligheidsnormen zoals NEN 1010, NEN 3140 en NEN 3840.
- Affiniteit met PLANON, kennis van AutoCAD is een pré.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.

- Plannen, onderhouden en inspecteren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties zoals luchtbehandelingssystemen, CV-installaties, waterleidingen, koelinstallaties en liften.
- Onderhouden van procesinstallaties zoals elektra, beveiligingsinstallaties, noodstroomvoorzieningen, gebouwenbeheerssystemen en brandblusmiddelen.
- Opstellen van een programma van eisen en doen van verbetervoorstellen voor installatiemodificaties.
- Zelf uitvoeren van onderhoudstaken of het selecteren van externe partijen om deze uit te voeren.
- Toezicht houden op voortgang, kwaliteit, budget en planning van uitbesteed werk.
- Beantwoorden van vragen en informeren van medewerkers en externe dienstverleners.
- Oplossen van storingen, interpreteren van meldingen en ondernemen van passende acties.
