Trinamics is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer Electrical to join our Electrical Engineering team, focusing on power distribution projects for the data center industry. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical solution from concept to completion, ensuring it meets our high standards within the agreed timeline and budget. You will work within a dynamic team of around 20 engineers as part of the "Data Centre Electrification & Automation" department, contributing to multidisciplinary projects worldwide. - Take full responsibility for the engineering and realization of power distribution projects in the data center industry.
- Lead and supervise Interface and System Engineers, ensuring detailed engineering is completed within the project's scope.
- Ensure functional alignment between various designs and disciplines to meet customer requirements.
- Oversee the engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of power distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltage switchgear, transformers, power distribution units, and modular solutions such as E-Houses and Skids.
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, advising them and ensuring proper coordination between different designs and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless integration of engineering with project management.
- Perform work from our office in The Hague, with regular visits to factories and project sites both domestically and internationally. This may include supervising factory tests, attending meetings with clients, and coordinating site work.
