- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within the yacht or maritime industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, control systems, and automation
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and an ability to manage complex processes
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
