As a Busbar Engineer, your main focus is designing busbar systems that handle the primary power distribution in data centers and potentially in industrial projects as well. The job requires managing high demands and short deadlines, making it a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Electrical development of a design.
- Creating a detailed technical design using a 3D environment.
- Handling issues related to layout, component selection, fire safety, mechanical interfacing, and electrical auxiliary systems like cabling.
- Coordinating design interfaces with colleagues responsible for low-voltage, medium-voltage, or E-house systems.
- Reviewing technical basic and detailed designs.
- Maintaining proactive communication with the customer while considering commercial aspects.
- Organizing and attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers.
- Preparing project documentation.
- Providing support during the assembly and commissioning phases from the office.
- Managing outstanding tasks and ensuring proper project closure.
