- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically with switch gears in the renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of medium and low voltage switch gears, circuit breakers, and electrical distribution systems
- Experience with the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for solar, wind, or other renewable energy projects
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize switch gear performance, ensuring safety and reliability
- Proficient in electrical design software and CAD tools
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel to project sites for installation, testing, and commissioning phases
