Als Customer Care Specialist Professional ben je het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor onze dealers, professionele klanten en eindgebruikers. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het oplossen van problemen en het beantwoorden van vragen over onze producten. Via telefoon en e-mail onderhoud je nauw contact met klanten, en intern werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen om een optimale klantbeleving te garanderen. Je maakt deel uit van een klein, toegewijd team en rapporteert direct aan de Teamlead Customer Care.

- Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor onze dealers, professionele klanten en eindgebruikers en verstrekt advies en beantwoordt vragen en problemen via telefoon en e-mail.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige administratieve afhandeling van het klantcontact.
- Je neemt deel aan projecten, zoals het optimaliseren van systeemprocessen.
- Je ondersteunt en denkt mee bij operationele vraagstukken.
