Salary: € 3.500,00 - € 4.500,00 per month.
- Vacation: 38 days per year (25 standard and 13 ADV days).

- A technical degree in machining or proven experience as a CNC operator/miller.
- Preferably, experience with 3- or 5-axis milling machines or the ambition to grow in this area.
- The ability to read technical drawings and understand shape and positional tolerances.
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop – beginners and recent graduates are welcome to apply!

As a CNC Miller for our client, you will contribute to high-precision manufacturing in a state-of-the-art facility. With various roles tailored to your expertise, you’ll play a key part in creating complex components from materials like titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and more.
- Ensuring the first production run meets quality standards and conducting measurements before handing it over to the operator.
- Setting up tools in the machine and tracking their usage.
- Reading and adjusting programs provided by the programmer.
- Assembling fixtures and ensuring efficient production processes.
- Monitoring and improving production processes.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues, including programmers, operators, and quality inspectors, to achieve the perfect final product.
