As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of precision components for our specialized machinery. You will work with advanced CNC machines and be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating them to meet high-quality standards. You’ll ensure that the machines run efficiently, make necessary adjustments, and perform quality checks to ensure that the finished products meet our specifications.
Your responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines, specifically for bending and welding machines
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance
- Perform quality control checks and inspections on finished products
- Maintain and troubleshoot the CNC machines to ensure continuous operation
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines
- Ensure that safety protocols and operational standards are always followed
