  • Educational Background: Vocational Degree (MBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a relevant assembly, production, or cleanroom role, preferably in a high-tech environment
  • Technical Skills: Experience with precision assembly, following technical drawings and working with fine mechanical components
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work to high-quality standards and adhere to strict protocols
  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Team Player: You work well in a collaborative environment and take initiative when needed
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours when required

  • Cleanroom Environment: Work in a cleanroom to ensure that all parts are assembled in contamination-free conditions
  • Perform Quality Control: Conduct tests and inspections to ensure that all assemblies meet the required standards
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and solve issues in the assembly process, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, quality inspectors, and other technicians to ensure smooth production processes
