As an Architect Precision Mechanics, you’ll be the driving force behind the design and development of systems that combine extreme conditions with precision and speed. Think ultra-low and ultra-high vacuum environments paired with complex, high-speed movements. You’ll translate customer needs into specifications, define mechanical architectures, and create conceptual designs, ensuring a seamless process from concept to testing.
You’re not just a designer; you’re a strategic partner contributing to technical roadmaps and business cases in a multidisciplinary context. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, project managers, and engineers, you ensure alignment and deliver high-quality results.

- MSc or PhD in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in high-tech precision mechanics system design.
- 10+ years of expertise (15+ for senior roles) in mechatronic and precision systems.
- Strong analytical and abstraction skills with a multidisciplinary approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A solid foundation in technical design, mechanisms, and Design for Excellence.
