At Trinamics, we take great pride in what we do as a staffing organization. One of the reasons why we have such confidence in our work is our strong focus on certifications. They are not only crucial for our company, but also for our reputation as a reliable partner in the industry.

The NEN 4400 certification is of great importance. This financial audit is not only about verifying whether we pay the correct wage taxes, but it covers our entire financial process, from the moment we place an employee up until salary payment and invoicing the correct amounts to our clients. Let's be honest, that's quite a responsibility. However, achieving this certification shows our clients that they are making a reliable choice with us.

But that's not all. Every year, we also undergo a VCU audit. This audit primarily focuses on checking our general process of informing employees about safe working and keeping our employees healthy. For us, it's not just about placing an employee, but also aftercare is something we take very seriously. We want to ensure that our entire process, both internally and externally, meets the right standards. Safety and health are essential parts of who we are and what we do.

And let's not forget the Dutch Association of Intermediary and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU). As a member, we must comply with specific protocols and rules. This does not only mean that we must follow the correct collective labor agreements of our clients, but also that we must always innovate and adapt to changing laws and regulations.

We ensure that all our team members are well informed about the requirements placed on us through thorough onboarding processes, regular trainings, and an accessible learning environment called Rakoo. This way, we can guarantee that our entire team contributes to maintaining our high standards. All employees also take a VIL-VCU exam; without this diploma, you are not allowed to inform employees in our company.

Although we currently have all the necessary certifications, they are becoming increasingly challenging, and we must meet more requirements. We remain open to obtaining additional certifications that can further strengthen our quality and reputation. At Trinamics, we always strive for the highest possible level.
