Ben jij enthousiast over HR en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving? Als HR Adviseur voor de Motorenfabriek maak je deel uit van een HR-team dat bestaat uit een HR Manager en drie Adviseurs. Samen ondersteunen jullie meer dan 1250 medewerkers binnen de Motorenfabriek.
In deze rol draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie en het HR-beleid. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de operationele HR-doelstellingen binnen jouw aandachtsgebied (circa 400 FTE).

- Adviseur en sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden op het gebied van leiderschap, organisatieontwikkeling, change management, talentontwikkeling en successieplanning.
- Ondersteunen bij strategische beslissingen en implementatie van HR-initiatieven.
- Actieve rol in projecten gericht op proces- en kwaliteitsverbetering.
- Zorg dragen voor de juiste toepassing van arbeidsvoorwaarden, wet- en regelgeving.
- Behandelen van diverse, soms complexe, juridische zaken.
