Trinamics is looking for a talented and experienced Grouplead Mechatronic Systems Development to join our high-tech clients in the Netherlands. If you have a strong technical background in Mechatronics and a passion for leading a dynamic team of engineers, this opportunity is for you. As the Grouplead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 40 junior, medior, and senior mechatronic engineers, focusing on cutting-edge projects involving Motion Control Systems, Robotics, Integration, and Testing. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth opportunities. At Trinamics, we offer a direct path to a contract with our clients, and for candidates from abroad, we handle the entire relocation process, including visa arrangements and the 30% tax ruling application.

- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 40 junior, medior, and senior mechatronic engineers, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Technical Guidance: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced mechatronic systems, including motion control and robotic integration.
